HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!!!!

My Mom left this earth February 1, 2008 after a 14 year struggle with Alzheimer's. I lived with her on and off for about a year and she lived with me about 2 years before she went in the nursing home. Sucfh a hard decision to make, but we were lucky, Mom made it for us. Well, here goes. When I was 20 in 1969, I flew to Germany to join my husband and what a shock it was to me. I thought they were so behind the times, but I was wrong, they were ahead of the times. We lived with German farm family outside Lang Goens, Germany, a quaint and simple village close to the army base. Just love this show. Bonnie makes me laugh everday. I could just sit and listen to her for an hour by herself. And her mom is great, probably near my age. Would love to meet them. My mom is gone in body but not in spirit. She's with me everday. When I moved to where I live now I met a neighbor with the same name as Mom. We have become fast friends.
