This season is real exciting but, i don't understand why some people in the race, just don't have common sense? Cheyne making Meghan roll out those bales of hay, instead of him doing it himself. This recipe is for those who want your kids to eat a vegetable . It taste just like apple pie. Susan Conrad Lost 19 Pounds my first month on Bonnie's eating plan!

I'm totally amazed by my success with Bonnie's eating plan. I started on September 30th, 2009 and weighed 202 pounds and here we are on October 31 and I weighed in this morning at 183----for a total of 19 pounds the first month! I am counting calories (no more than 1500 each day) and walk at least 30 minutes each day. No fancy gym membership required! I do Wii Fit exercises a couple days a week and use hand weights and stretching exercises during TV commercials. I only use 100% whole grain tort… Continue

Lorri Duran Dogs are the best!

Bonnie, I so enjoy your love for animals and especially your dog. My mother who passed away in 2005 wanted me to have a dog of my own because she was my best friend and she wanted me to have a replacement. Well of course I could never replace my mother but I did get the next best thing....my dog snickers. He was adopted at the local shelter here and mom and I went together and found him. He is the best and I can't imagine a day without him...! If only I could put it into words how special he has… Continue
